How did Shakespeare impact the writing of Lincoln?

That’s the purpose of Fred Kaplan’s book, “Lincoln: The Biography of a Writer.”
Interesting.
Tedious.
Detailed.
Laborious.
Helpful.
For me, that describes this book.
It’s a necessary work for the serious Lincoln student.
But this book is not for the faint of heart.
I give it 2 stars out of a possible 5.
That’s book #8 for 2020.
