These are just a few quotes from Andy Stanley’s book, “Better Decisions, Fewer Regrets: 5 Questions to Help You Determine Your Next Move.”
Overall, a great read.
I wish I had memorized this book years ago.
I’d be a better leader today.
At the same time, Stanley’s book is wise advice.
The trick is remembering to ask yourself the questions that he proposes.
Divorce yourself from emotions that can control your decisions making.
Sounds easy when you read it but in real life – it’s climbing an uphill battle.
While the book is helpful and highly recommended, be careful not to make it law.
Our hearts need grace and a lot of it.
Yes, we need help in making better decisions.
However, we need grace, for we are creatures of failure.
Get the book.
Read it carefully.
Learn the lessons.
I give the book 4.5 out of 5 stars.
Good read but it doesn’t feed the soul.
That’s book #35 for 2020.
